Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Booking All consultations must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our support team. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. 2. Consultation Format All sessions are conducted online via secure video conferencing. Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for your session. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You must inform us at least 12 hours before your scheduled session if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are non-refundable. 4. Time Zone Considerations Appointment times are confirmed in your local time zone. Please double-check your booking confirmation to avoid confusion. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ bookings. 6. Refunds Refunds are only provided if cancellation is made more than 12 hours in advance. If a technical issue occurs on our side, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost. 7. Follow-Up Support Follow-up questions related to your consultation can be sent via email within 7 days of your session. Any new or extended concerns will require booking another session. 8.
